Kylian Mbappe is still with Paris Saint-Germain, though his departure to Real Madrid looms on the horizon.
No official agreement has been confirmed, but the French forward is already organizing his relocation, eyeing a potential move to Sergio Ramos’ opulent mansion in Madrid’s La Moraleja area.
This area, familiar to Ramos from his days at Real Madrid, has attracted Mbappe’s interest, and he’s currently negotiating to buy the property directly from his former PSG teammate.
The deal, mediated by Ramos’s brother René and the Senn Ferrero office, involves negotiations with Mbappe’s mother and agent, Fayza Lamari.
Originally, Ramos planned to sell another of his La Moraleja properties for about €6 million but reconsidered when Mbappe presented an appealing offer for his primary residence. With Ramos now settled in Seville, he found the proposal for his more valuable Madrid property worth considering.
Mbappe’s potential new residence boasts approximately 1,000 square meters of living space on a 15,000-square-meter lot, complete with luxury amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and extensive security measures – a top priority for Mbappe and his family.
Moreover, the 25-year-old forward isn’t stopping at just one property. His family is reportedly close to securing another property in La Moraleja. Details of this second acquisition are still under wraps, but an agreement has been reached with the estate agents involved.
All these real estate ventures hinge on Mbappe’s anticipated signing with Real Madrid, yet to be officially confirmed. La Moraleja itself is an affluent suburb in the Alcobendas municipality, nestled in Madrid’s northern reaches.
