Criticism of Pedri on social media has provoked a strong reaction from his brother, who firmly responded to a fan questioning his professionalism. Pedri’s brother replied that “to doubt his work and commitment is to be ignorant and to not know us at all.”

Social media can be devilish. After a defeat or a bad streak for Barca, criticism of players and coaching staff intensifies. There are sporting criticisms and others that seek something more.

Pedri’s brother Fernando wanted to respond to a fan who, in addition to criticizing Pedri’s sporting level, questioned his nighttime habits, according to SPORT.

Here is the main content of Fernando González’s response to this fan: “Let’s see, tell me, what do we do? You have to be a clown, you may like my brother’s sports career more or less, but doubting his work and commitment is to be ignorant and to not know us at all. You are a complete fool and a liar.”

Pedri’s brother also addressed the supposed unhealthy habits of Pedri as an athlete: “First, if we were to go out, we are at the age for that, we’re young haha and above all we’re people! And second, of course, we do things, we usually stick to the diet, watch football, brush our teeth, and sleep, maybe this is what you’re referring to…”

Pedri’s brother also wanted to reflect on the criticisms of Pedri: “Although now it’s all sticks and criticism, I know my brother better than anyone, I’m sure that with his work and sacrifice, life will place him where he deserves to be, it’s only a matter of time.”
