arry Kane has become something of a lifeline in his first season at FC Bayern. Due to the disappointing season of the record champions, there have been increasing rumors lately about a possible return to the Premier League.

Not only did Harry Kane deliver an important goal in FC Bayern’s 2-2 draw against Arsenal London, but the English striker star has already scored 39 goals in 38 games across all competitions.

This makes it clear: Kane is currently irreplaceable. In an interview, the star forward spoke about his future.

Kane not thinking of Premier League return: “My future lies with Bayern Munich”

When asked whether he could currently envision a return to the Premier League, he immediately dismissed the idea in a post-match interview, according to Focus: “Of course, I know how big the Premier League is, I’ve played there for many years, but my future lies with Bayern Munich.”

The English national team captain further stated: “I am really enjoying my experience in Germany. It was a step I needed to take in my career to get a new impulse, a new challenge, and a new environment, and I’m really glad I made this move. I have a four-year contract. I’m enjoying it and hope that I can achieve something special this season.”

“Dream of Wembley is still there”

Despite potentially having the best season of his career, he looks back on his time at Bayern so far with mixed feelings: “Of course, it’s not the season I wanted, given how the league has gone and how we were knocked out early in the cup.” However, the 30-year-old is convinced that he can break his personal title curse this season.

He made it clear that the ‘dream of Wembley is still there’. Kane explained: “Now we can have hopes for the Champions League, which would be a great achievement. I try to play for my team, I’m always confident that I can score goals. I’ve done that this year, and I’ve been looking for areas to improve.”
