Rodrygo has heard what Guti said about him and has reacted.

Guti continues to have high hopes for the Brazilian forward from Real Madrid. He believes that he has exceptional qualities and that he could perform even better at the world’s biggest club.

“Every player must know their role, the arrival of Mbappé should not be a problem (…) I think Rodrygo will be a starter next year. Madrid can consider playing with three midfielders,” Guti stated on Chiringuito.

Rodrygo heard his words and was very pleased to see that a player who spent so many years at Real Madrid values him in such a way. Especially after seeing how some media outlets seem to want to push him towards the exit.

“It makes me very happy that a Madrid legend like Guti says that about me, very grateful,” is what the player told several people from Madrid when he had breakfast while listening to Guti’s words, according to Defensa Central

The forward wants to continue making history at Real Madrid, and for that reason, despite knowing that he will have a lot of competition and it’s likely that he will be undervalued, he is not thinking about leaving the best club in the world.

It has not yet been confirmed that Mbappe is moving to Real Madrid. However, everything suggests that it will become a reality. The French star is reportedly very close to reaching an agreement with the Spanish club for a transfer this summer.
