Napoli has found the striker who could end up replacing Victor Osimhen this summer in case of his departure.

Victor Osimhen is the subject of many transfer rumors this summer. Therefore, Napoli is starting to look for a successor to their Nigerian striker in case he really does leave during the upcoming summer transfer window.

According to information from SportMediaset, Napoli is targeting the 21-year-old Angolan forward from Cagliari, Zito Luvumbo.

He is currently having a good season, even if it’s far from the standards of Victor Osimhen, with 4 goals and 3 assists for the Serie A’s 19th place team. Luvumbo would be available for 15 million euro this summer.

Osimhen has been linked with a multitude of different clubs recently. In particular, there is said to be significant interest in the Super Eagles striker in the Premier League.

Here, Arsenal and Chelsea are especially keen on him, while Manchester United has also been associated with him. However, their purchase of Danish Rasmus Hojlund has cooled their interest in Osimhen.

The latest report is that a move to Paris Saint-Germain appears to be becoming a reality for Osimhen. There, he has been identified as a suitable replacement for Kylian Mbappe, who seems to be on his way to Real Madrid.
