Cristiano Ronaldo shared a picture of his feet on social media, shocking many of the Portuguese star’s followers.
Cristiano Ronaldo took a well-deserved break this Sunday, two days following his performance in Al Nassr’s 1-0 victory over Al-Ahli in the Saudi Pro League.
On his Instagram story, the 39-year-old soccer icon shared a photo of himself wearing a pair of recovery pants, with the serene setting of a pool and the ocean behind him.
Ronaldo simply captioned the image “RECHARGING” and made sure to mention his wellness brand, ‘Erakulis’.
However, it was Ronaldo’s feet that captured the attention of many fans. The photo revealed his feet looking swollen, and notably, a black toenail on one of his big toes. This detail sparked a flurry of comments online.
One person noted on X.com, “22 years of pro footy man look at his feet.. he wakes up with crazy pain everyday for sure”, expressing concern over the apparent physical toll of Ronaldo’s long career.
Another comment read, “His big toes are screaming for help”, while a third individual drew parallels to NBA star LeBron James’ feet, known for their unique appearance from tight footwear, commenting, “This is worse than LeBron wow I heard he used to wear super tight boots too”.
LeBron’s own foot peculiarities became a topic of viral discussion earlier in the year when a photo surfaced showing his toes overlapping in an unconventional manner.
