Nate Diaz has no doubt about who will emerge victorious from the upcoming boxing match between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul.
Ex-UFC standout Nate Diaz swiftly voiced his prediction for the much-anticipated bout between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, set to unfold in Arlington, Texas, on July 20.
This clash seeks to achieve professional status, marking Tyson’s ring return since his exhibition duel with Roy Jones Jr in November 2020. Tyson’s last professional match dates back to 2005 against Kevin McBride.
Paul enters this contest fresh from a first-round knockout of Ryan Bourland on March 2.
Diaz has previously squared off against Paul in August 2023, marking Diaz’s professional boxing debut, which ended in a defeat by unanimous decision after ten rounds.
Despite his loss, Diaz, now a free agent post-UFC, did not shy away from declaring his prediction when queried about the Tyson vs. Paul outcome.
Initially dismissive with a blunt ‘I don’t give a f**k,’ he later confided to InsideFighting that he foresees Tyson emerging victorious in the showdown.

Diaz isn’t the only one predicting Tyson to win the fight. Several other MMA and boxing stars have been asked for their views on the match, with the majority pointing to the 57-year-old star as the victor.
The entire fight will be streamed live on Netflix, allowing all of its users worldwide to watch the match. There will be no additional cost to view the fight, contrasting with most major boxing matches, which are typically pay-per-view events.
